AOD Point Exchange Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this event ("Event"), you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“Event Terms"). These Event Terms are supplemental to the Age of Dino Terms and Conditions found at https://terms.ageofdino.com/terms-and-conditions.

2. This Event is administered by Gamephilos Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“AOD”).

3. During the Event, participants can log in to Age of Dino (the “Game”) and exchange ROAR tokens and/or Age of Dino Skin NFTs for points (“AOD Points”). AOD Points can be used to unlock such rewards which may be made available by AOD in its sole discretion at any time (whether during or after the Event, and whether made available for unlocking, claiming and/or receipt during a specified, undefined or indefinite duration) (“Rewards”), subject to any additional conditions which AOD may from time to time in its sole discretion impose, which may include without limitation, requiring participants to also obtain other types of in-Game points before the Rewards or a certain Reward can be unlocked, claimed and/or received.

4. The Event shall run for such a period as may be set out in the Game, and the duration of the Event may be subject to changes from time to time without prior notice to, or approval required from, you.

5. You confirm that you are eligible to participate in this Event and that your participation and claim and/or receipt of any AOD Points and/or Rewards pursuant to this Event (if any) is, and shall continue to be, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence, and all other applicable laws and regulations. You agree to be solely responsible for any legal obligations arising from your participation in, and claim / receipt of any AOD Points and/or Rewards from, this Event, and for ensuring that your actions do not violate any laws or regulations.

6. You acknowledge and agree that you will also be subject to the Age of Dino Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy found at https://terms.ageofdino.com/terms-and-conditions and https://terms.ageofdino.com/privacy-policy (collectively, the "Policies"). Further to the Policies, you agree and acknowledge that your personal data may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by us or may be shared with other service provider and partner entities (if applicable) for the purposes of organising, running, administering, facilitating and monitoring this Event, for the purposes of Rewards distribution, and for the purposes of improving our and their services.

7. You further acknowledge and agree that AOD may in its sole discretion use third-party services and/or partner with third parties to provide Rewards, and in such cases, the claim / receipt of Rewards would be subject to your acceptance of such third party service providers’ and partners’ applicable terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that if due to technical issues, gas fees, loss of access to a wallet, or for any other reason, you are unable to participate in this Event or receive and/or claim the AOD Points / Rewards, or your participation in this Event or receipt and/or claim of the AOD Points / Rewards is delayed, or you are unable to accept such third party service provider’s or partner’s applicable terms and conditions, you will have no recourse or claim against AOD, our service provider and partner entities, as well as any Affiliates of AOD.

8. If proof of age or such other information, documents and/or materials is requested and satisfactory proof of age, information, documents and/or materials (as applicable) is not received, or if you do not comply with these Event Terms, or if you are deemed or suspected by AOD to be in violation of these Event Terms, AOD reserves the right to disqualify you, refuse to provide the AOD Points and/or Rewards to you, revoke any AOD Points and/or Rewards given to you, or take any other actions AOD deems appropriate.

9. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or manipulative conduct to influence the outcome of this Event. If a participant is found, believed or reasonably suspected to have engaged in fraudulent or manipulative conduct, or such other conduct that is, in AOD’s opinion, contrary to the spirit and intention of this Event, AOD reserves all rights to disqualify the participant, withhold any AOD Points and/or Rewards, revoke any AOD Points and/or Rewards given to the participant, suspend or terminate any or all of the participant's accounts, and take any other actions AOD deems appropriate.

10. AOD reserves the right to vary these Event Terms without notice to you. It is your responsibility to check these Event Terms regularly. Your continued participation in this Event or access or use of AOD Points on or after the date any amendment is effective from, will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Event Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Event Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Event, these Event Terms shall prevail. You should not construe any information contained herein as financial advice. Nothing contained herein shall constitute an invitation, offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement by AOD to invest, buy, sell or trade in any digital assets or cryptocurrencies. Investing or trading in cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves a high degree of risk. Kindly seek professional advice before making any financial, investment or trading decisions.

11. AOD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, vary, add to, halt or suspend this Event in its sole discretion.

12. The rights and remedies provided to AOD under these Event Terms are in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, any other rights or remedies that AOD has, whether under the Policies, at law, in equity, or otherwise.

13. You agree that any and all rights of interpretation and explanation of these Event Terms are exclusively reserved by AOD.

14. All provisions of these Event Terms which are expressly stated to survive termination / expiry or which by their nature are intended to survive termination / expiry shall survive termination / expiry.
